Natural Upper Cervical Care for the Johns Island Community
Life on Johns Island moves at its own pace, but chronic pain doesn't respect anyone's schedule. When headaches, vertigo, or nerve symptoms start interfering with work, family, or time outdoors, Charleston Upper Cervical offers Johns Island residents a thoughtful alternative. Our office at 1411 Ashley River Road is an easy drive up Maybank Highway and over the Stono.
We specialize in the upper cervical spine—the two small vertebrae at the very top of the neck that protect the brainstem and influence the entire nervous system. When they're misaligned, the effects can show up far from the neck itself: migraines, dizziness, tingling hands, or stubborn fatigue. Standard exams often overlook this, which is why we rely on precise 3D imaging.
Each correction is tailored to your unique anatomy and delivered gently, without any twisting or popping. Many Johns Island patients are surprised by how light the adjustment feels—and by how their bodies respond once the pressure on the brainstem is relieved. Our aim is simple: help you heal naturally and feel like yourself again.
