Dr. Terence Hoff is an Ohio native and proud alumnus of the University of Cincinnati, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion & Education in 2016. His passion and dedication to healing then brought him to Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2020.
While at Sherman, Dr. Hoff immersed himself in the on-campus culture by becoming a student ambassador, library student employee, and most notably a decorated member of the Knee Chest Society Club—which is where he found his passion for upper cervical chiropractic care, spending numerous hours outside of his doctoral curriculum training to develop and refine his adjusting technique.
Dr. Hoff was fortunate to have the opportunity to attend two chiropractic mission trips to South America in Medellin during his studies. He and a team of colleagues and mentors, including Dr. Youngblood, served the people of Medellin with upper cervical chiropractic care. Dr. Hoff also completed hundreds of adjustments and patient visits, spending over 800 clinical hours at the Sherman College Health Center prior to graduation.
Dr. Hoff is eager to serve the people of Charleston and beyond. He aspires to provide his patients with a life free of interference by removing vertebral subluxations from the spine, regulating the nervous system, and allowing the body to heal itself from the inside out, so that each member of our community may find a renewed hope for their individual wellness.
